A Lebanese government official was quoted by Reuters as saying that the entire country was out of power after two of Lebanon’s biggest power stations were shut down due to fuel shortages, a leading daily reported. Power cuts will continue in this country for a few days.

The power crisis in Lebanon can further aggravate the problem of this country. This country located in West Asia is already facing many more difficulties. On the other hand, China is also facing a huge power crisis these days, which is affecting the entire supply chain of China. Recently, Chinese President Xi Jinping ordered thermal power plants to reduce pollution in order to get rid of pollution. Due to this many power plants were also closed. Due to which the production of electricity in China decreased.

Due to the power crisis in China, the global economy, which is improving after the epidemic, is also feared to be damaged. In a foreign policy report, the policies of the government there have also been attributed responsible for this. The shortage of electricity is increasing in some states of India as well. Due to short supply of coal to power generating plants in Jharkhand, load shedding ranging from 285 MW to 430 MW has been done.
