Chinese President Xi Jinping offered to help by sending a message to PM Modi; Pakistan also reiterated the matter of giving relief materials

Chinese President Xi Jinping today sent a message to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and expressed condolences about the Corona pandemic in India. Xi Chinfing has offered assistance to deal with the second wave of Corona. China’s official news agency Xinhua has informed about this. According to Xinhua, the Chinese President has said in his message that China wants to give its support and help in strengthening India in the fight against this pandemic.

Earlier, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi had also promised to help in the war against the corona infection, saying that goods used against the corona prepared in China are being sent rapidly to India. Wang Yi, in a letter to India’s Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, said that he sincerely sympathizes with the challenges faced by India. Apart from China, Pakistan has also reiterated its offer to help India.

According to a leading daily report, Pakistan has offered to provide relief material to India, saying that the two countries can find avenues for mutual cooperation in the future in the face of the challenges posed by the pandemic. A Pakistani Foreign Ministry spokesman has said that his country is ready to send PPE kits, ventilators, digital X-ray machines and other medical supplies to India. Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan also said in his statement last week that this global crisis on humanity should be faced together.
