Indian cricket lovers will not be able to watch the second match of the three-match T20 series against Sri Lanka today. Because this match has been postponed. Indian cricket team’s all-rounder player Krunal Pandya has been found positive in the corona test. Due to which the second T20 match has been postponed for a day.

Eight members of the Indian cricket team who came in contact with Krunal Pandya, who was corona infected in Sri Lanka, have also been kept in isolation. According to the information released by the BCCI, Krunal Pandya has been found corona infected in the rapid antigen test. Eight players of the team who came in contact with him have also been isolated till the negative report comes due to this.

 

The second match of the T20 series has been postponed in view of security. According to the official statement of BCCI, if everything goes well now, the second T20 match will be held on Wednesday and the third T20 match will be held on Thursday. In this three-match T20 series, the Indian team has won the first match by 38 runs and is taking a 1-0 lead in the series.

Indian batsmen Prithvi Shaw and Suryakumar Yadav’s problems have increased due to Krunal Pandya’s corona infection. Because both these players have been selected by the BCCI as replacements for Shubman Gill and Washington Sundar for the England tour. Shubman Gill and Washington Sundar have been ruled out due to injuries. India has to play a five-match Test series against England from August 4.
