Volcan Bojkir, president of the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly, has also expressed happiness at welcoming the India-Pakistan ceasefire agreement on social media. After the talks between the DGMO of India and Pakistan, the decision to ceasefire has been taken. Both countries have agreed to stop ceasefire violations for a long time on other sectors including the LOC.

This agreement on the ceasefire has come into force from midnight of 24-25 February 2021. It remains to be seen how long Pakistan will always violate the ceasefire this time. However, India has always supported peace on the borders.
