While hearing on the shortage of oxygen in the hospitals of Delhi, the Delhi High Court has said strict on the Kejriwal government that if you do not get the situation, then tell us that we will ask the central government to take this responsibility. The High Court has slammed the Delhi government for not stopping the black marketing of drugs and oxygen cylinders.

According to a leading news agency report, the Delhi High Court has said that it has been clear from the hearing so far that the Delhi government has proved to be a complete failure in handling the situation. The court rebuked that if you cannot, then tell us that we will ask the central government to take over.

The court further said that the Delhi government should first fix its house. You are the administrator and you should come to administer the administration. The court has not stopped you from exercising your rights. In response to this, the Delhi government has said many ‘we are learning’. On the issue of black marketing of oxygen cylinders and medicines, the High Court said that the Delhi government’s system has failed.

During the hearing on the shortage of oxygen, Shanti Mukund Hospital in Delhi told the court that the oxygen was provided to it. The government also reduced its quantity due to which there is no oxygen near the hospital. On this, the High Court asked where the oxygen was at last. Along with this, instructions have also been given to take action against oxygen refillers.
