On the issue of the border dispute, China is not coming out of its antics. Efforts are on to end the impasse on LAC issued by India. But China has refused to withdraw its troops from the conflict zones of Gogra, Hot Springs and Depsang in eastern Ladakh. Now the CDS General of India, Bipin Rawat, has given a clear message to China that India will not come under anyone’s pressure.

According to a leading daily report, CDS Bipin Rawat has said that India has stood firmly on the northern borders and our country has proved that it will not succumb to any pressure to protect its borders. He further said that India has also succeeded in gaining the support of the international community by standing firmly to prevent attempts to change the status quo on the outskirts.

There were military talks between China and India last week. In which China refused to retreat from the areas of Gogra, Hot Springs and Depsang in eastern Ladakh. According to a leading daily report, the Chinese Army PLA has made some proposals to consult the Indian Army on its behalf instead of retreating. A senior official has said that it will take some more time for the troops to retreat completely in this area.

The India-China agreement was recently signed with the LAC on the ongoing dispute regarding Pangong Lake. Under which the army of both the countries was withdrawn. But the deadlock continues in other areas.
