Former Indian team batsmen Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir have reacted strongly to this.

Virender Sehwag expressed his anger by tweeting. He wrote, ‘Firecrackers are banned during Diwali but yesterday some parts of India had crackers to celebrate Pakistan’s victory. Well they must be celebrating the victory of cricket. So what’s wrong with crackers on Diwali? Why this pretense, only then all the knowledge is remembered.

 

Gautam Gambhir reprimanded the people celebrating Pakistan’s victory in India by bursting firecrackers, writing in his tweet, ‘There cannot be Indians celebrating Pakistan’s victory by bursting firecrackers. He posted his tweet with #Shameful.

 

Let us tell you that the match played between India and Pakistan on Sunday was completely one-sided. Pakistan team registered a stormy victory by 10 wickets. In this match of ICC T20 World Cup, Indian team scored 151 for 7 in 20 overs and in response Pakistan team won the match by scoring 152 runs in 17.5 overs.
