The Government of India is celebrating the Teachers’ Festival from September 5 to September 17 in the honor of teachers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the inaugural conference of Shikshak Parv today and has also started many important initiatives in the education sector. Prime Minister Modi has interacted with teachers and students as well as parents across the country through video conferencing.
In his address, Prime Minister Modi said that we are working to give a new shape to the India of the future. New India is taking a new resolution today. He further said that education should not only be inclusive but should also be equitable. Talking books and audiobooks are now part of the education system. A dictionary for Indian Sign Language has been created. For the first time in the country, Indian Sign Language is being included as a subject in the curriculum.

Appealing to make online learning more comfortable during the dialogue, Prime Minister Modi said that teachers in Corona have solved many challenges. But teachers have the opportunity to advance their abilities. The contribution of teachers to society is invaluable and incomparable. He further said that today many new schemes have been launched on the occasion of Shikshak Parv. This is also important because the country is currently celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav of independence.
PM Modi said that ‘I have asked all Olympians and Paralympians to visit 75 schools to celebrate the Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi’. I urge you all to keep in touch with him. They will meet the students of the schools. These players can encourage students to move ahead in sports in the future.
