Sensex slips 81 points, these company’s stock recorded gain

Despite a good trend in the international market, today ‘major domestic index’ Sensex has recorded a fall on 7 January. As per the latest updates, shares of IT, bank and FMCG companies have slipped 81 points. On the other hand, the global market and mainly the Asian market has gained momentum. However, shares of IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC and Bharti Airtel have recorded an increase today.

In the list released by BSE, Sensex has dropped 80.74 points today and closed at a level of 48, 093.32 with a fall of about 0.17 percent. On the other hand, the Nifty has also lost 0.06 percent. The Nifty has closed today with 14,137.35 points. Today, the largest decline has been recorded in Titan shares.

Apart from Titan, shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, ITC, Nestle India, Bajaj Auto and Infosys were also at lower levels today. Shares of all have fallen from 0.5 to 2 percent. Talking about the benefits, shares of Bharti Airtel rose 3.75 percent today. While shares of IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank and Bajaj Finance have gained more than 2%.

As per media reports, trading of oil benchmark Brent crude has also fallen by 0.02 percent. Due to which it was at $ 54.29 per barrel. Apart from India, other Asian markets have seen a jump in the stock market of Japan, China and Seoul. But Hong Kong’s stock market has closed on the red mark today.
